If there is an issue, email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product.

Our kitchen quality team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if a full refund or a fresh replacement shipment is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement jars at no additional cost to you.
